Residential Maintenance Program

 Regular maintenance on your equipment is important for keeping your system performing at their peak efficiency and for your peace of mind. Many times homeowners are unaware that warranties of some equipment may not be covered due to lack of regular certified maintenance. Our plan tries to help avoid you having any unforeseen issues, but if or when those issues do arise, by being a part of our program you will never be charged premium charges for emergency service calls. As a Maintenance Program customer you always receive 10% off any parts or supplies that you may need and we always do our best to give you preferential treatment when scheduling appointments. 

Our plan includes one Furnace inspection and one Air Conditioner inspection (per unit, if you have more than one) during normal business hours, evening and weekend inspections can be scheduled at an additional cost. Repair workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of the repair.
